The course is aimed at Project Managers and others involved in Project Management who want to understand how to apply agile approaches within an overall project management lifecycle framework
There are no pre-requisites for the AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner course package.
The Foundation qualification is based on a 40 minute closed-book examination of 50 multiple choice questions. The pass mark for this examination is 25/50 (50%) and Successful delegates will be awarded the AgilePM Foundation Certificate. The exam takes place on the second day of the course and the qualification is a mandatory pre-requisite for the AgilePM practitioner qualification.
The Practitioner qualification is based on a 2 hour 30 minutes open-book examination of 4 objective test questions (20 marks available per question). The exam takes place on the final day of the course. The pass mark for this examination is 40/80 (50%) and Successful delegates will be awarded the AgilePM Practitioner Certificate.
